Group Proctor CPE

Certain webcasts are “group proctor” CPE webcasts. On these webcasts, you may gather your professionals and clients around your conference table to hear Larry Stein CPE Live Webinar-Webcasts. You must have the proctor register for the course and be responsible for monitoring attendance during the live broadcast. The group CPE proctor must be a CPA.

Attendance Verification – Group Proctor Monitoring Form

A group CPE proctor monitoring form is provided in the materials tab – registration area. Bring this form to the webcast. Print the form and have the participants sign in with their arrival time and sign out with their departure time. Make sure that they sign in and out with their name shown clearly on the monitoring form. The proctor is responsible for verifying the attendance of the individuals within the group. Thus, it is important that the proctor verify all of the information on the monitoring form.

How To Submit The Attendance Monitoring And Verification Forms

First, scan the form to PDF and send via www.larrysteinonline.com. You will need to pay $30 per CPE certificate. Go to www.larrysteinonline.com and click on the “practice aids” tab. Find the Group Proctor CPE Certificates item on the store and click on the quantity desired for the applicable live CPE webcast (eg: you had 10 CPAs who attended a live CPE webcast – thus, you click on “10” certificates desired which totals $300). Then, purchase the desired certificates. The certificates are generally processed with seven (7) days of payment and receipt of the completed monitoring/attendance verification form. Please retain a copy of the completed monitoring form, as well as your receipt for payments made.

CPE Credits

Once the properly completed monitoring/attendance verification form is completed and e-mailed to:   Larry Stein CPE Live Webinars-Webcasts via www.larrysteinonline.com. The attendance will be verified. Once the attendance is verified, CPE certificates will be e-mailed to you (about seven (7) days after the properly completed monitoring form and payment are received). Thank you!

Individual Computer CPE Webcasts

Larry Stein CPE Live Webinars-Webcasts continues to offer some individual (one-person) computer online webcasts. These webcasts only allow one user per computer and involves a polling process that verifies attendance. See the separate material on the Individual Computer CPE Webcasts. Thank you!
